Sending packages within Canada and around the world through Canada Post may seem like a complicated process, but it is really quite easy. Normally it goes to the following 5 steps to finish sending process.

Step 1: Prepare and pack your package

Wrap or pack your package is the first step toward your success to finish sending process, please reference Canada Post recommendation or consulate with a Postal Outlet staff near you for perfect solution.

Step 2: Address your package

Step 3: Determine the RIGHT shipping service

There might be several shipping methods (of course, associated with different costs) may apply to your destination. Fox example:

Within Canada: Priority, Xpresspost, Regular Parcel and Expedited (with VentureOne card or Small Business card)

Ship to USA: Xpresspost, Expedited, Tracked Packet and Small Packet

Ship to International: Xpresspost, International Parcel, Tracked Packet and Small Packet

Step 4: Calculate the price of shipping

Based on the weight and size of your package as well as the destination, there will be varying shipping costs. Please reference Canada Post website at: https://www.canadapost.ca/cpotools/apps/far/business/findARate?execution=e1s1, to calculate and compare postage prices for shipping and mailing in Canada and around the world.

Step 5: Ship the package

Once your package has been successfully accepted by Canada Post Outlet, keep your receipts for checking your package delivery information (service conditions may apply).

Please note, since August 1, 2023, Canada Post has discontinued its Priority Worldwide shipping service. Customers can continue to ship their items internationally using Canada Post's XpresspostTM – USA or XpresspostTM - International services.
