Your responsibilities:

RadioMedia.CA has an opening for a Web Developer with 3+ years of professional experience. This will be a dynamic role responsible for a variety of duties including front end web development, managing web application integrations along with other web and digital duties. This role will support multiple projects simultaneously and must be able to transition through many different tasks and topics in a given day. A deep understanding of the digital media development and operations is essential. 

• Develop, optimize and manage customer facing ecommerce and brand websites. This includes creating web pages, improving front end layout and usability, maintenance, testing, & bug fixes. Able to take wire-frames and create fully functional web pages & microsites.
• Implement and enforce standards for cross browser compatibility, page speed, code quality, SEO optimization, and other underlying fundamentals. Manage tickets, issues, and site enhancements.
• Document functional & technical specifications requirements based on wire-diagrams, work-flows, and existing web functionalities.
• Strong understanding of web design, UI design principles, information architecture, and content management systems. Hands-on with A/B testing and multivariate testing.
• Interface with Marketing, Sales, and external agencies to gather requirements, define scope of work, prioritize workload, communicate timelines and manage expectations.
• Provide detail reporting on website analytics, customer behavior pattern, and develop customer journey funnels.
• Generate customized XML feed for branded content syndication to dealer networks.
• Responsible for building and optimizing landing pages for conversion. Also responsible for integrating landing page data with organization’s CRM system.
• Exceptional project management skills to manage web and digital media projects from inception to delivery while acting as liaison with all stakeholders. Participate in all phases of projects including development, design, testing and production.
• Coordinate communications between the brand team, product marketing team, the core development team, and other stakeholders. Work with brand managers to create web pages focused on supporting product launches and other marketing campaigns.
• Maintain a high awareness of industry issues and trends, particularly in regard to accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive performance and growth.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize projects as per the needs of the business.

Your profile 

• Bachelor degree preferably in computer science or other technical degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with web applications such as HTML5, CSS, AJAX, C#, PHP, and ASP.NET.
• Understanding of JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, JQuery, JSON, Node.js
• Experience with UI design and popular CMS systems such as WordPress and FirstSpirit
• Working knowledge of Adobe suite (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, In-Design, Illustrator)
• Experience with JIRA, Agile development and project management
• Ability to implement web service APIs, XML, and REST
• Experience with Git, TFS or other version control software
• PMP Certification a plus
• Ability to quickly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• Exceptional communication skills (written, oral and presentation)
• Analytical mindset with a desire to constantly learn, improve and innovate
• Ability to forge strong cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Exceptionally proactive and shows excellent time management skills
• Comfortable multi-tasking and working collaboratively in a team environment
