Ship to USA: Priority, Xpresspost, Expedited, Tracked Packet and Small Packet
Ship to International: Priority, Xpresspost, International Parcel, Tracked Packet and Small Packet

Step 4: Calculate the price of shipping

Step 5: Ship the package
